Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, for the safety of the client and the coach, all sessions will be held virtually via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or regular phone call.
This 10-week program is geared towards individuals looking to make a change in their lives and their overall well-being. The program is designed to create behavior change in the areas that most often effect first responders: stress, nutrition, health and wellness. The focus of each program will be individualized as to address each client's ultimate goals. My commitment is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to live your most fulfilling life. All sessions will remain confidential.
Follow-up sessions may be used at the client's convenience, as needed, and do not expire. You may choose to extend your program or merely follow-up when you need a little extra push or motivation. These sessions may be used in succession or one at a time. You choose. All sessions between client and coach will remain confidential.
